PRIVACY POLICY and TERMS OF USE OF PERSONAL DATA

Foreword

During 2016, REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation Data) entered into force. This new Regulation is applicable in Spain as of May 25, 2018 and which has contributed to the adaptation of the entire data protection procedure to this new regulation.

In parallel, this Regulation repeals Organic Law 15/1999 of December 13 as of the same day May 25, 2018, Spain may create or modify an Organic Law for these purposes.

From this organization we apply the Principle of Responsibility Proactive, taking into account a conscious and diligent attitude in in relation to all data processing that we carry out. Therefore, and faithfully complying with current legislation, we intend comply with the same, shelled in the following document, so clear and concise for the user, the process that follow the data that we have or will be provided throughout their relationship with us: analyzing from data collection, maintenance and use of the same , their final destruction, as well as security measures necessary to maintain the privacy of the same.

6. WHAT IS THE LEGITIMACY OF THE PROCESSING OF USER DATA?

  • Companies integrated in SEA EXPERIENCE, solely for internal administrative purposes and/or for the purposes indicated above.

3. Data provided through the Survey Form

  • Companies integrated in SEA EXPERIENCE, solely for internal administrative purposes and/or for the purposes indicated above.

4. Data provided for publications in SEA EXPERIENCE Official Profiles in Social Networks:

  • The data voluntarily provided by the user will be published in the channel of the corresponding Social Network, so they will be accessible and visible to any user who accesses it.

5. Data provided for modification and cancellation of reservations:

  • Companies integrated in SEA EXPERIENCE, all dedicated to the hotel sector, will need to have access to your data for the correct provision of the selected services .

Additionally, the data may be accessible by Sea Experience‘s suppliers, being such access necessary for the proper fulfillment of the legal obligations and/or the purposes indicated above. 9. CONSERVATION OF DATA

Your data will be kept for the following periods:

Data provided for the realization of reservations, both through the Website and contact center (phone reservations/booking, email or chat) for individual reservations or of groups and rooms: will be retained during the contractual relationship and, once completed, during the period of prescription of legal actions that may arise from it.

10. USER’S RESPONSIBILITY.

The user:

  • You guarantee that you are over eighteen (18) years of age and that the data you provide to SEA EXPERIENCE are true, accurate, complete and updated. To these effects, the user is responsible for the veracity of all the data that he/she communicates and will keep the information provided conveniently updated, so that it corresponds to his/her real situation.
