Located on the front line of El Cargador Beach and 550 metres from the centre of Alcossebre, this complex is located in a quiet area with several beaches nearby for the enjoyment of customers.
Among the many facilities you will find a garden area with hammocks where you can relax in the sun or take a bath in the swimming pools: one for adults and another shallow one for children.
In the Sky bar located on the top floor of the building you will find a swimming pool, a bar, hammocks and Balinese beds with unbeatable views over the beach, the Mediterranean and the town of Alcossebre.
The common areas provide a covered garage and two lounge.
The building consists of 90 fully equipped apartments, the majority of which have two bedrooms with a capacity of 3/5. These are distributed over 5 floors and are accessible both by stairs and elevators. We also have one bedroom apartments with adapted bathroom.
All apartments are composed of a fully equipped kitchen with: induction hob, oven, washing machine, microwave, fridge with freezer, toaster, mixer, electric kettle and electric coffee maker. The bathroom is made up of: shower, toilet, hairdryer and magnifying mirror. Air conditioning in bedrooms and living room.
Guests will have Wi-Fi throughout the building and a 49” TV with channels in Spanish, French, English and German in the apartments.
