Types of reservation

  • Reservation made with RATE PVP CLEANING DAILY.
  • Reservation made with RATE PVP DEDUCTION -X% WEEKLY CLEANING which are active in low season and include in the price a weekly cleaning.
  • Reservation made with WINTER AT THE SUN MIN 28 NIGHTS + CLEANING AND LIGHT which are active in low season and do not include weekly cleaning or electricity in the price.
  • It is important that the client is aware at all times under WHAT RATE MODALITY his reservation has been made, in order to attend to what is described below.

What does the displayed price include:

  • Daily cleaning pvp rate: Daily cleaning, change of sheets twice a week or every 4 days and change of towels every 2 days or daily if requested for a supplement.
  • Price pvp deduction -x% weekly cleaning: the daily cleaning will entail a supplement of 15€/daily if the client requests it and in case of not requesting it will be included a weekly cleaning with change of sheets and towels.
  • Winter rate in the sun min 28 nights: only includes the stay, weekly cleaning will be mandatory at a cost of €15 per cleaning plus electricity consumption.
  • The price shown on our website always includes: local taxes, fees and VAT.

General Conditions of On-line reservations:

– All people staying at the hotel must present their ID at the time of check in. – Deposit: In the case of not having validated your card at the time of making your reservation, it will be necessary to provide the customer’s credit card number as a guarantee, making a pre-authorization of 250 euros at the time of entry. This will be returned within a maximum period of 4 days. -The client will have the accommodation at his disposal from 4:00 p.m. on the first day of rental (may be delayed until 5:00 p.m. on days with many entries) and must be vacated before 12:00 noon at the day of exit. -The accommodation is equipped with furniture and fixtures, and the client must return it in the same conditions in which it was delivered. The redistribution of furniture inside the apartment is not allowed. In case of damage during your stay, the client must pay the necessary amount for its reconditioning. -The rental price in long stay rates without discount includes: Daily cleaning, change of sheets twice a week or every 4 days and change of towels every two days. -Towels from the apartment cannot be used in the common areas or on the beach. Clients must use beach towels to use the sun loungers and Balinese beds. -Swimming pool for adults and children open all year round, with artificial grass and hammocks. -Clients must respect the hours of rest between 24:00 pm and 10:00 am. -Animals are not permitted. -When making the reservation, the client agrees with the general conditions of reservation and accepts the rules of the Aparthotel.

Account:

  • Prior to your arrival you will receive an email explaining how to make the payment of the first night of your stay, this being the delivery on account of your reservation and you will have a period of 5 days to make said payment, in case you do not do so, your reservation WILL NOT BE CONFIRMED .
  • In reservations with the rates DAILY CLEANING AND LS DISCOUNT -X% WEEKLY CLEANING, the delivery on account will be the value of the first night.
  • In reservations with the rates WINTER IN THE SUN MIN 28 NIGHTS + CLEANING AND ELECTRICITY, the delivery on account will be €200

Conditions for modifying your reservation:

Cancellation policy according to rates:

  • No cancellation fees up to 15 days before arrival in the rates of DAILY CLEANING AND DISCOUNT -X% WEEKLY CLEANING
  • No cancellation fees up to 45 days before arrival in the WINTER IN THE SUN rate MIN 28 NIGHTS + CLEANING AND ELECTRICITY
  • Any modification of your reservation must be made by mail to: reservas@alcossebresea.com
  • The total reservation is charged for cancellations less than 1 day in advance or no show.

Early departures:

  • In case of early departure, the hotel will not refund the value of the nights not spent.
