Types of Reservations and What the Price Includes

• PVP Daily Cleaning Rate:
  • Daily cleaning included.
  • Change of sheets every 4 days.
  • Towel change every 2 days (daily change with supplement).
• Discounted PVP Rate (-10% to -50%) Weekly Cleaning:
  • Weekly cleaning with change of sheets and towels.
  • Available in low season.
• “Winter in the Sun” Rate (Minimum Stay 28 Nights):
  • Includes: Stay.
  • Mandatory: Weekly cleaning (€15), includes change of sheets and towels and electricity consumption (billed according to consumption).
  • Optional extras: Daily cleaning (€15/day).
  • Active in low season.

Note: All rates include local taxes, fees and VAT.

SPA Conditions

For PVP rates and Discounts (-10%, -20%, -40%):

• Access: €12/person per 55-minute session.
• Children (3 to 11 years): €14 (1 adult + 1 child).
• Children under 3 years: Not allowed.

For Multi-rate rates -50% and Winter in the Sun:

• First session: buying the bathrobe (price according to size) with the cap and flip-flops.
• Additional sessions: €6/person duration 55 minutes.
• Note: Loss or breakage of hat/flip-flops: €3 supplement for replacement.

General Online Reservation Conditions

• Identification: Present ID or official document upon check-in.
• Deposit: If the credit card has not been validated, a pre-authorization of €250 will be made, refundable within a maximum of 4 days after departure.
• Schedules:
  • Check-in: From 4:00 p.m. (until 5:00 p.m. in high occupancy).
  • Check-out: Before 12:00 p.m.
• Equipment:
  • The accommodation is delivered fully equipped.
  • Redistributing furniture is prohibited.
• Rules:
  • It is prohibited to use towels from the apartment in common areas or on the beach.
  • Respect rest hours (00:00 to 10:00 a.m.).
  • Pets are not allowed.

Deliveries on Account

• PVP Daily Cleaning Rate: Value of the first night.
• Discounted PVP Rate (-10% and -20%): Value of the first night.
• Discounted Rates (-40% and -50%): 50% of the total.
• Winter in the Sun Rate: €200.
• Group Reservations (5 or more apartments):
  • First payment: 25% when booking.
  • Second payment: 25% remaining 60 days before arrival.
  • Final payment: Balance due 15 days before arrival.

Cancellation Policy

• Daily Cleaning Rate and Discounts (-10% and -20%): No charges up to 15 days before.
• Rate Discounts (-40% and -50%): 50% penalty if canceled with less than 30 days.
• Winter in the Sun Rate: No charges up to 45 days before. Penalty of €200 later.
• Group Reservations: Penalty of two nights per apartment if canceled between 15 days and 72 hours before.
• No Show: Charge of the total amount.

Early Departure Conditions

• Nights not spent will not be refunded.

Data Protection and Privacy

We comply with Royal Decree 933/2021 and guarantee the security of our guests’ data. Data collected:

• Name, identity document, nationality, date of birth, contact and reservation details. Conservation: 3 years according to regulations. Rights: Access, rectification, deletion and more, by contacting our team.

Clause on Cash Payments

Cash Payment Limit:

In accordance with Law 11/2021 on measures to prevent and combat tax fraud, cash payments exceeding €1,000 are not accepted in Spain. Therefore, any payment exceeding this amount must be made by credit/debit card.
