Types of reservation

  • Reservation made with PVP RATE DAILY CLEANING.
  • Reservation made with PVP RATE LONG STAY DISCCOUNT-X% WEEKLY CLEANING which are active in low season and include weekly cleaning in the price.
  • Reservation made with WINTER IN THE SUN MIN 28 NIGHTS + CLEANING AND ELECTRICITY which are active in low season and do not include weekly cleaning or electricity in the price.
  • It is important that the client is aware at all times under WHAT RATE TYPE his reservation has been made, to attend to what is described below.

What does the displayed price include:

  • Daily cleaning pvp rate: Daily cleaning, change of sheets twice a week or every 4 days and change of towels every 2 days or daily if requested for a supplement.
  • PVP RATE with discount between 10 and 50% with WEEKLY CLEANING: daily cleaning will carry a supplement of €15/day if the client requests it and if not requested, a weekly cleaning with change of sheets and towels will be included.
  • WINTER IN THE SUN MIN 28 NIGHTS + CLEANING AND ELECTRICITY: only includes the stay, a weekly cleaning will be mandatory at a cost of €15 per cleaning plus electricity consumption.
  • The price shown on our website always includes: local taxes, fees and VAT.

General Conditions of On-line reservations:

-All people staying at the hotel must present their ID at the time of check-in.
-Deposit: If you have not validated your card at the time of making your reservation, it will be necessary to provide the number of the client’s credit card as a guarantee, with a pre-authorization of 250 euros being carried out at the time of entry. This will be returned within a maximum period of 4 days.
-The client will have the accommodation at his disposal from 4:00 p.m. on the first day of rental (it may be delayed until 5:00 p.m. on days with many entries). ) and must vacate it before 12:00 p.m. on the day of departure.
-The accommodation is equipped with furniture and fixtures, and the client must return it in the same conditions in which it was delivered. Redistribution of furniture within the apartment is not permitted. In case of damage during their stay, the client must pay the amount necessary for its reconditioning.
-The rental price at rates without long-stay discount includes: Daily cleaning, change of sheets 2 times a week or every 4 days and change of towels every two days.

-The apartment’s towels cannot be used in the common areas or the beach. Clients must use beach towels to use the sun loungers and Balinese beds.
-Swimming pool for adults and children open all year round, with artificial grass and hammocks.
-Clients must respect opening hours. rest between 24:00 pm and 10:00 am.
-Animals are not allowed.

-Clients must use appropriate clothing depending on the area they are in.
-By making the reservation, the client agrees to the general booking conditions and accepts the Aparthotel’s rules.

Account:

  • Prior to your arrival you will receive an email explaining how to make the payment of the PRE-PAYMENT of your reservation and you will have a period of 5 days to make said payment, in case you do not make the payment WILL NOT BE CONFIRMED.
  • In reservations with the rates DAILY CLEANING, the pre-payment will be the value of the first night.
  • In reservations with the DCTO LE -10%, -20% WEEKLY CLEANING rates, the delivery on account will be the value of the first night.
  • In reservations with the -50% DISCOUNT and -40% WEEKLY CLEANING rates, the payment on account will be 50% of the total reservation.
  • In reservations with the rates WINTER IN THE SUN MIN 28 NIGHTS + CLEANING AND LIGHT, the delivery on account will be €200.
  • For group reservations of 5 or more apartments: At the time of making the reservation it will be necessary to pay 25% of the total amount corresponding to all reservations. Sixty days prior to the arrival date, a second payment equivalent to 25% of the total will be made, and 15 days before arrival the remaining balance will be paid.

Conditions for modifying your reservation:

Cancellation policy according to rates:

  • No cancellation fees until 15 days before arrival at the rates of DAILY CLEANING AND DCTO LE -10 and -20 X% WEEKLY CLEANING. with less than 14 days before arrival the first night will be charged.
  • For stays of more than 21 days with the rate of -40% and -50%, 50% of the value of the reservation will be charged 30 days before arrival and will be the cancellation cost in case of canceling less than 30 days before arrival.
  • No cancellation fees up to 45 days before arrival in the WINTER IN THE SUN rate MIN 28 NIGHTS + CLEANING AND ELECTRICITY. With less than 45 days delivery will be retained on account of €200
  • Any cancellation request must be made through our email: reservas@alcossebresea.com
  • The total of the no-show reservation is charged.
  • For group reservations of 5 or more apartments: In case of cancellation made between 15 days and 72 hours before the arrival date, a penalty equivalent to the value of two nights will be applied for each apartment reserved and cancelled.

Early departures:

  • In case of early departure, the hotel will not refund the value of the nights not spent.
