Types of reservation

  • Reservation made with RATE PVP CLEANING DAILY.
  • Reservation made with RATE PVP DEDUCTION -X% WEEKLY CLEANING which are active in low season and include in the price a weekly cleaning.
  • Reservation made with WINTER AT THE SUN MIN 28 NIGHTS + CLEANING AND LIGHT which are active in low season and do not include weekly cleaning or electricity in the price.
  • It is important that the client is aware at all times under WHAT RATE MODALITY his reservation has been made, in order to attend to what is described below.

What is included in the price shown:

  • Daily cleaning pvp rate: Daily cleaning, change of sheets twice a week or every 4 days and change of towels every 4 days or daily if requested for a supplement.
  • Price pvp deduction -x% weekly cleaning: the daily cleaning will entail a supplement of 15€/daily if the client requests it and in case of not requesting it will be included a weekly cleaning with change of sheets and towels.
  • Winter at the sun rate min 28 nights: only includes the stay, they must pay € 15 for weekly cleaning plus light consumption.
  • The price shown on our website always includes: local taxes, fees and VAT.

General Conditions of On-line bookings:

– All people staying at the hotel must present their ID at the time of check in. – Deposit: it will be necessary to provide the customer’s CREDIT card number as a guarantee, with a pre-authorization of 250 euros at the time of arrival. This will be returned within a maximum period of 4 days. – The client will have at his disposal the apartment from 16:00 hours of the first day of rent (delay able until 17:00 hours in days of many entrances) and will have to vacate the same one before 12: 00 hours of the day of departure. – The apartment is equipped with furniture and household items, and the customer must return it in the same conditions as delivered. In case of damage during the stay, the customer must pay the necessary amount for its reconditioning. – The retail prices, without long stay discount, includes daily cleaning, change of sheets 2 times a week or every 4 days and change of towels every two days. – It is not allowed to use the towels of the apartment in the common areas or on the beach. If you need pool/beach towels, you can rent them at reception. – Rental of beach and pool towels: 2€ plus a deposit of 10€ per towel. Rent of parking 12€ / day. – Swimming pool for adults and children open all year round, with artificial turf and hammocks. – Customers must respect the rest hours between 24:00 pm and 10:00 am. – Animals are not allow. – By making the reservation, the customer agrees to the general conditions of reservation and accepts the rules of the aparthotel.

Conditions of Modifications in reservations:

No cancellation fees until 72h before arrival:

  • Any request for cancellation must be made through the telephone of our reservation department: 964 414 437 or by mail at reservas@alcossebresea.com
  • 30% of the reservation will be charged 72h before arrival, corresponding to the cancellation costs in case of cancellation with less than 72h
  • 100% of cancellation fees are charged in cancellations less than 2 days in advance or no show.

Anticipated departure:

  • In case of anticipated departure the hotel will not return the value of the nights not enjoyed.
