The place to stay in Alcossebre.

We have used the Sea Experience every year over the last five or six years either in September or early October. It gives us all that we need in luxury and within walking distance of several restaurants and bars and of course the wonderful beaches and sea views. You feel protected by having a manned Reception desk on site. we have always had a ground floor apartment with a large patio area. this year we would have liked a bit more privacy as the shrubbery and planting area has been significantly been reduced in height. the only negative. full marks to the cleaning staff and everyone connected to making it a wonderful place to stay and especially to the Reception staff who made our late departure at the end of the holiday due to the planes schedule so easy.

We really enjoyed our stay. Everyone was so friendly and it was very clean. Great location. We will be back. Angie

Came here for a family getaway and this location ticked all of our boxes. I highly recommend it. Check in and check out was pretty smooth, the staff was friendly. We had a lovely two bedroom/one bath apartment, with an open concept kitchen to living area and balcony. Basic amenities with a little extra, were provided. The pullout couch was already set up for a bed. Towels for the pool were provided. The hotel offered some free activities during the week which was very fun. The pool areas rooftop and outdoor areas) were kept very clean. Nice lounging areas and the rooftop has a bar. There is a direct access walkway to the beach, with a place to wash the sand off when you come back. The premises felt safe as they used a code system instead of key cards, fantastic! We mostly prepared food in the apartment, but there are so many lovely restaurants and a couple of grocery stores within walking distance. We found free parking on the street but they do offer hotel parking with a fee. My only concern was the random hairballs in the hallway that didn’t get cleaned. Beautiful location, thanks for a great stay.

Brilliant stay We are a family with young children and on our last day here at Alcossebre Sea Experience. We came during the last week of August to beginning of Sept. This aparthotel is perfect for us. The rooms are a nice size, clean and stocked with essentials. House keeping come round every day to see if you need the linen and towels changing, rubbish taken or any top up of supplies such as sugar, coffee for the machine, olive oil, washing up liquid, toilet roll, hand soap. The ladies are all very friendly and smiling all the time. The only thing they do not give you extra of is laundry detergent but this was no issue for us as the local SPAR sells cheap laundry powder. The location is great, with a family friendly beach (Playa del Carregador) just opposite. There are toilets, taps and showers on the beach as well as pedalo boats to rent out. The aparthotel also has self service rental of SUPs available. The pool area is lovely and was easy to find a sunbed for our family of 5 during the 7 days we stayed here. The water is initially on the cooler side but with the weather averaging 28C everyday, it was nice and refreshing. They also come round with complimentary juice and beer at certain times of the day and also have a schedule of what’s on each day such as popcorn experience, icecream tasting, facial and massage. The rooftop infinity pool was lovely to chill in too with great views, although not much atmosphere going on. I would describe it as being more tranquil up there. We enjoyed some sangria and cocktails whilst the kids played in the pool. They do have an indoor pool too but was chargeable so we didn’t use it. Not sure if they include it in the lower season. It is a 10 minute walk to the town centre but since we had a car we used this during the day time as 10 minute walk in this kind of heat is quite tough with kids in tow! Was a bit of a life saver having a car so we could bring groceries back easily. Parking outside the local SPAR is easy and cheap - 40€ for half hour or 2€ for 2 hours. Or you can drive a bit further to Consum which is a supermarket. Alcossebre town centre is quiet during the day time but in the evening comes to life with restaurants and little market stalls on some days. Parking is free around the perimeter of the aparthotel although can get a bit busy, we had to circle round a few times or park a bit further up the road at times. If you want peace of mind there’s the option of paying 15€ per day for the aparthotel’s underground parking. If you have a car you can also drive up the coast to Cala Blanca where there are boat tours, rentals, scuba and snorkelling activities. We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely love to come back.

😀 - Cleanliness. Host and staff. Location. 😞 - Nothing I did not like. Perhaps missed the possibility of being able to order food by the pool.

Just back from a 10 night stay, as a family of 4. The hotel is exceptional. Barbara and her team are so welcoming and make sure all the guests are have a great time. The proximity to the beautiful beach makes this hotel and ideal location for people who wish to spend time at the beach and at the pool. We look forward to returning.

We have come to the end of 8 fantastic weeks here and have really enjoyed our time here at the Alcossebre Sea Experience, this is our first time and we shall be back again.All staff were amazing and went above and beyond to provide an excellent service with friendly smiles included.Barbara from guest services who takes care of the activities here each month does a brilliant job.We have had wine, beer and vermouth tastings, trips out to cheese and olive oil producers, she organised meals out to local restaurants to experience foods from outside of Spain. As well as organising lots of other things like spanish lessons, petanque, bingo, visits to places of interest in the area, yoga sessions (4 times per week) and of course an international picnic. This was where we all made something to take to a group picnic for sharing between ourselves, such as snacks, cakes, salads, cheeseboard, wine and drink.All the activities were a great opportunity to meet new friends from all different nationalities.You have to mention the ladies who do the housekeeping, as the apartments, building and all other areas are clean, tidy and sparkling, these ladies work really hard as does all the reception staff and the maintenance team.As mentioned before there are UK TV channels, American, Spanish, and most other European channels. There is also Netflix, YouTube, Prime, and Disney +, but you need to sign into your account to use these.There is a local bus service to get you to the nearest train station at Alcala de Xivert, or you can get a taxi. From the station you can get to many locations in and around Spain. We did Valencia, Tarragon, Zaragoza, Barcelona and some other local towns too.Alcossebre sea experience is truly one of the best places to visit in Spain, we will return in the future.Thank you everyone for such a wonderful time and experience.

Super holiday 😀 - Sea Experience was a superbe holiday. We stayed 10 days in August and it was one of the best holiday breaks that we had. Barbara is a great host and offers many unique experiences such as wine tasting, popcorn evenings, and Ice cream tasting. A highlight of the holiday for us was the Eclipse Experience where we witnessed a total solar eclipse on the roof top bar and infinity pool. The complex and apartments are extremely clean and we had a two bed apartment for 2 adults and 2 teenagers which was ideal. Very family friiendly with really relaxed atmosphere. Pool is excellent and we really enjoyed the complimentary beer. The apartments are next door to an excellent beach with many lovely restaurents about 10 to 15 minutes walk away. The town of Alcossebre is also a great resort to experience. Would definitely reccomend Sea Experience for family breaks 😞 - Everything was good

Amazing 😀 - The staff were very pleasant and accommodating. Rooms were beautiful and very clean. The sky line pool was the main feature it was stunning. 😞 - There isn’t much to do around the area. Nit many restaurants or shopping places.

Barbara and the rest of the staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional throughout our stay. ​The entire property is spotlessly clean, and the modern facilities and amenities made for a very comfortable and relaxing trip. You can tell they take great pride in maintaining the space to a high standard. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here.

Best holiday!!! 😀 - Absolutely EVERYTHING!!! We stayed in a family room with two bedrooms and a small well equipped kitchen. The hotel is stunning and everyone can find something they can enjoy. Our host Barbara was amazing - kind, attentive and made sure we were happy and well looked after. I loved the small touches like free beer served at the pool at 1:15pm, wine tasting and free ice-cream on Thursday 😀.The hotel is exceptionally clean and the location was perfect, two minutes to the beach. We will definitely be back next year, already counting down the days!!! 😞 - That we had to leave...I would have happily stayed for a few more days!

😀 - Really nice apartment with everything you need to cook and enjoy your stay. We enjoyed the balcony off our apartment as the sun passed early in the morning so that we had shadow during mid day and afternoon. Also good AC which is important during the hot days in the summer. The main pool in front of the property was really nice with the seating areas and closeness to the beach. We also enjoyed the infinty pool on the top floor with som drinks from the bar overlooking a beatiful sunset over the beach and ocean. That was one of those "never forget" moments which was really nice.

A wonderful, well-equipped holiday accommodation with thoughtful extras which help you feel at home from the moment you 😀 - Exceptional standard of cleanliness. All staff are very friendly and work hard to ensure you enjoy your stay, with special mention to Barbara who takes great care of the guests. Fabulous rooftop pool and bar. 😞 - We liked everything.

My only comment is the lack of resturants around.Otherwise everything was 100%

Just perfect for family vacation 😀 - Everything. Location, spacious rooms, confortable beds, clean, extremely helpful and customer oriented staff (the best ambassador fir Alcobssembre). Reasonably big owned parking with EV charging point. Definitely recommend and fir sure we'll be back there!

The place was immaculate, the staff were friendly and they were so professional! We will be definitely returning to Aparthotel sea experience as the stay was exceptional, from the cleanliness of the rooms, the amenities.

Had a wonderful time here . The service from reception was a little disappointing hence I have given only four stars. We were not told about the underground car parking or given any details regarding prices etc. We had a disabled person with us and it would have been better to be in the car park rather than have to walk z long way every day as all the streets parking full. Also no disabled lift into the pool so my niece could not use this facility.

Lovely apartments right in front of the sea 😀 - Fantastic apartment, clean, modern, everything looked new, the views to the sea were stunning. Pools were fantastic and it was right on the beach. Cleaning done everyday, amenities provided and coffee/teas, fruits and sweets in the apartment the first day, which was a great welcome gift. Bar and infinite pool on the rooftop where awesome.

Loved it! 😀 - Everything. The staff were all friendly. The apartment was gorgeous and spacious. The view from the balcony was amazing. We loved sunbathing on the roof terrace. It was so relaxed. Perfect location.

Wir haben das Aparthotel empfohlen bekommen und wir können sagen: es war einfach spitze! Dank des fleißigen Reinigungspersonal ist alles sehr sauber, Zimmer sowie Flure. Die Lage das Hotels, die Ruhe, die Nähe zum Strand, der Außenpool, was sollen wir noch aufzählen?... alles ist genial. Auch die Personalbesetzung in der Rezeption vergessen wir nicht - sehr nett, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Alles in allem ein gelungener und erholsamer Urlaub. Der nächste Urlaub in diesem wunderschönen Hotel ist bereits gebucht.

Just back from 7 nights at the Aparthotel sea experience with my wife and 3 kids and we had the best time . Hotel is brilliant, pools are perfect especially the rooftop pool with an amazing view of the sea and the whole town . Rooms are lovely and spacious and had everything you would want for a family of 5 . Staff were really nice and cleaners are literally around cleaning every day . 10 min walk to bars and restaurants and a spar shop which is very handy . Overall we couldn't fault it and will definitely be back . Little tip they give you beach/pool towels for free if you need them which would of been handy for us if we'd known as we packed 5 of our own when we didn't need to . A brilliant aparthotel.

It is wonderful to have such a well-run, well-appointed aparthotel in a town with such great restaurants and beaches. Alcossebre is now even better!Adrián at the SkyBar is fabulous, the housekeeping team are exceptional and the reception staff were all friendly.

Nice relaxing break for our family. We took 3 apartments and were all very happy. We were on first floor so no views unfortunately. We got train from next town to Valencia for a night also. This took 2 hours. The only negative is the noise of cleaners when beds/ sun chairs are being moved from 8 am

Stayed a week at the end of April, and have to say it's one of the nicest places I've ever stayed. Rooms are very comfortable, clean and well looked after, each with a balcony and fully equipped kitchen.||The rooftop bar and pool is lovely, and the staff deserve a special mention for being so welcoming and friendly. Thank you Barbara, Maria and Adrian. ||Alcossebre village is a 10 minute stroll along the sea front, and has lots of places to eat. Really peaceful but with enough of a vibe that it'll be livelier in high season. ||A very relaxing and enjoyable week. We will be back.

A gem of a hotel in Valencia. 😀 - I liked everything, especially how proud the staff were at their hotel. 😞 - The internet is a bit slow. Then I believe the property could hire a paisajista to really improve the plants around the pool and elsewhere in the property. The ones there do not do justice to such a nice hotel. I believe it will be very well worth the investment.
