Sea Experience

We stayed for two nights while travelling down through Spain and it really added to our holiday. 😀 - The staff were very friendly and helpful, giving us a walk around tour. You could see the whole resort from the sky bar. Our apartment was very clean and well equipped. The milk, water, cereals, fruit, tea and coffee were an added bonus. 😞 - The sofa bed was not extremely comfortable and was quite creaky. Otherwise everything was fine.

Perfect in every way 😀 - Superb facilities in the room, extra touches such as milk, water, fruit, condiments, etc. Beach towels supplied with a free beach bag. Outside areas are lovely. The ladies who keep everywhere so beautifully clean are lovely and helpful. It's just paradise. 😞 - Nothing

Loved this place. It's so new and clean and the decor is lovely. The rooms are reasonably spacious with everything you could want for a self catering holiday. There are lots of nice touches, such as milk, water, tea, coffee, cereal, etc., and they provide pool towels with a free beach bag. The pool areas are beautiful and the ladies who keep this place spotlessly clean are so nice and kind, very polite and chat when you meet them. We will definitely return.

Aanrader! 😀 - - Hoe schoon het was. Van het appartement tot de zwembaden. - Hostess Barbara; vriendelijk! - Het appartement zelf, van alle gemakken voorzien, zelfs een wasmachine. En de inrichting helemaal leuk; - De meeste medewerkers bij de receptie; vriendelijk en lossen problemen op; - Het zwembad; geen handdoekje leggen maar iedere dag voldoende beschikbaarheid en fijn gras aan je voeten. Op een bepaald tijdstip delen ze drinken uit; - Het strand voor de deur! Wij gingen in augustus en het was geen hutje mutje. Voldoende plek, helder water, echt een heerlijke plek voor jong en oud. 😞 - - De mogelijkheid om tussen de middag bijv. patat of ijs te kopen in het gebouw zelf; - De ontvangst door Mandy verliep een beetje stroef, mag wel een lachje vanaf. Barbara maakte het helemaal goed! - Wij hebben ons verblijf over het algemeen als super ervaren!

Great place, well maintained, comfy and well equipped rooms, far from the crowds yet in front of the beach and a short walk to the village. We booked through AirBnb, a bit on the expensive side but overall little else to complain. The gym is a bit of a bummer though: small and with just few machines, and the only weight machine was broken.

We had an absolutely wonderful 3 night stay in one of the 2 bedroom apartments. It was gorgeous, spacious and had everything we needed in the kitchen, including laundry. Beautiful view of the ocean. Two great pools, including a rooftop pool and bar. Direct easy access to a great beach, which is ideal as it is slightly less crowded than the beach directly in front of downtown Alcossebre (which is a very nice and quick walk from the hotel for many restaurant options). We loved the hotel, and the manager Barbara who was so kind and welcoming, and we highly recommend!

Fantastic experience. Customer service during booking was great. The complex itself is really nice and kept very clean by a great team of daily cleaners. Pool was brilliant and beach 50 metres away. Hotel is not overcrowded at all and pool and outside areas very spacious. Would highly recommend.

A great place where to go and relax as a family or not. This residence is very well organised and modern built in 2019. Everything is well organized from the beginning to the end. Beaches next door are perfect and the main town has nice places where to go for diner including an open air cinema neptune and very good ice cream shops mygelato

Amazing hotel, amazing service, stones throw to the beach. Pool is amazing, infinity pool is amazing, handy for all the shops and restaurants in Alcossebre.

Nice location 😀 - The location is perfect. Nice pool. Nice rooftop! 😞 - No daily cleaning service. Just once during 1 week. Last visit we got it daily. Missing toilet paper... Very dirty terrace with dried out plants.

We came to visit this hotel in May. And we were so delighted we did. It is a beautiful hotel with amazing facilities. Our apartment was the perfect size for our family and ideally positioned. We were surprised on arrival with lots of treats and basic essentials. This was a lovely touch. Nearest beach was literally on our doorstep and the area itself is lovely. It felt very safe and not too lively. We are already planning a return next summer. Thank you to the super staff, all so helpful and work really hard to maintain the high level cleanliness seen.

This is my 4th stay at this Aparthotel and have already booked to go back. ||Staff: |The staff are excellent as they always make you feel welcome by greeting you with a smile and saying good morning/ good afternoon whenever you see them. ||Cleanliness:|The cleanliness is impeccable from the rooms, the sky bar, spa, communal areas, lifts, every staircase and walkway. ||Location: |It is within a 2 minute walk to a lovely sandy beach, |local Spa supermarket is 10 minute walk and there is numerous restaurants within walking distance.||Spa:|This consists of hydrotherapy pool, sauna, steam room and massaging jet showers. It is really reasonably priced.||Pools:|Infinity pool on the roof and children’s and larger pool on the ground floor. ||Rooms:|They are spacious and have everything you need in the kitchen. As I have mentioned before they are very clean and the cleaning team do a great job.

This was my first time staying at Alcossebre Sea Experience and it didn't disappoint. All staff were amazing and went above and beyond to provide an excellent service with friendly smiles included. The whole building is spotless and rooms are spacious and provide everything you need. We went there as a family and found the only thing missing was a dishwasher, which wasn't a problem as we ate out every day, however we were happy to receive a welcome pack on arrival, which included fruit, bottled water, milk etc and a cleaning pack, those gestures go a long way in making your arrival go smoothly, especially if you have been travelling for a while. I can't recommend this place highly enough, even the location is perfect!! Thanks for making our stay wonderful!! We will be back !!

Alojamiento perfecto, personal perfecto, ubicación perfecta Esta fue mi primera estancia en Alcossebre Sea Experience y no me decepcionó. Todo el personal era increíble y fue más allá para proporcionar un excelente servicio con sonrisas amables incluidas. Todo el edificio está impecable y las habitaciones son amplias y proporcionan todo lo necesario. Fuimos allí en familia y encontramos que lo único que faltaba era un lavavajillas, que no era un problema ya que comíamos fuera todos los días, sin embargo, estábamos contentos de recibir un paquete de bienvenida a la llegada, que incluía fruta, agua embotellada, leche, etc y un paquete de limpieza, esos gestos son un gran paso en hacer que su llegada transcurra sin problemas, especialmente si has estado viajando durante un tiempo. Comfortable and relaxing. 😀 - A very clean, tidy apartment. The coffee machine was great - the same type as I have at home so I could bring some pods with me. The reception team were very helpful when we arrived and I liked the key pad entry system. 😞 - There were not many restaurants or shops close by and those that were seemed to be closed for the season. The shower flooded the wet room, so we had to use it at half power. The view wasn't great from our balcony.

Sweeping brush, clothes horse etc. Comfortable beds Hotel provides you with beach bag and beach towels Central location approx 10 min walk to town centre, restaurants, shops, supermarket, etc., can walk on beach boardwalk to get there Also close to marina, just a bit further than the town centre Right beside fabulous beach Rooftop bar with pool and Balinese beds was fabulous very fancy and comfortable All staff were very friendly Main pool had nice astroturf area with comfortable sun loungers plenty of parasols, nice spot to sunbathe Easy to find hotel, the white/ blue exterior stands out Doors are key coded so you do not need to worry about minding a key when out and about Free exercise classes every morning Option to book a massage in hotel 😞 - Only one couch for 4 people, could have done with more seating Not a great view from balcony, I had side sea view room, would be worth paying extra for full sea view if you want view No lounger on balcony, would be worth paying for the terrace room if you want this Pools can be cold, it was ok for adult and bigger children but my 1 year old was shivering in the pool too cold for her Food / toiletries were not replenished during our stay, only got 1 of most things such as tooth brush, washing machine detergent capsule and washing up liquid so we had to buy more No shop on site and vending machines were not working Room was cleaned once during our 7 night stay

Laundry airer and cleaning tools also provided.|Great size bathroom, essential toiletries and enough proper size and quality towels!|Bedrooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable.|The cleaning personnel did a wonderful job and not only our apartment but the entire complex was always spotless. they all greeted you and with a smile!|Rooftop pool area and bak as well as the ground floor pool and sunbathing area were fab and always clean.|All the staff were incredibly nice, friendly, professional and helpful and spoke several languages.|There was a small gym and spa, as well as vending machines and a 'return and help yourself ' library of paperbacks in several languages.|We will definitely return at some point!

Fabulous place! Cant recommend highly enough, already extended my stay by another 5 nights. Great location able to walk to the beach and the shops and the lovely local bars and restaurants. Staff great, apartments really well furnished with everything you need and bed so comfortable.

If you are looking for a very comfortable place to stay in a nice, tranquil area this is where you need to go. This aparthotel is new, the rooms are spacious, the bathroom is superb and the employees are fantastic. Great place.

I would happily stay again. 😀 - The situation was ideal opposite a first class beach and within easy walking distance of the small town with its numerous restaurants. The cost was very competitive and the staff were very helpful with an initial guided tour of the facilities. The bar on the roof accessible by lift was ideal for this oldie. A special bonus which I suspect was allocated by age was a large patio outside our ground floor apartment. The car park was very secure. 😞 - I can honestly say - nothing

Great but need international English news channels and Americans now travel more to Europe 😀 - Loved all of it, we have stayed before, great location, fabulous 😞 - Only one issue, no English international news on any tv channel. French, German, Spanish, 2 English TV channels but no USA or English news channels. Very disappointing.
