We are aware of the limitations that many of our partners have in their platforms, which do not always include certain information that, being more specific, could be of vital importance for you when deciding on our establishment. Do you think you have to be so transparent?
-Whenever you need to talk to us, you will be attended by professional staff that knows the whole establishment and its operation. Your questions will always have an answer. A service that will also be available 24/24h when the hotel is open to the public. If cell phones exist, why do you need personalized attention?
-Reserve any of our rooms: You will be able to book all the room types that due to commercial specifications of some of our partners are not always available in their distribution channels . You can choose the room you want!
-A 100% secure and user-friendly web platform: Intuitive booking engine, easy to use, easy to simultaneously compare prices of different room types in the same window, secure payment/guarantee systems (bank gateway). And within the online booking process directly with the hotel, we give you the option to send us all your personal information directly to the hotel in one go. Why do you want so much comfort?
-PreCheckin included. When booking your stay, we offer you the option to send us your personal information and that of your companions before the day of arrival. You will avoid queues on the day of arrival, and you will be served at our FAST-CHECK-IN counter. But what’s cool is to be at the reception talking to each other!
