Weekly Activity Schedule (from 9:15 to 10:15 am):
- Monday: GAP
Tone your glutes, abs and legs with this complete functional training routine. - Tuesday: Relax
A gentle session focused on breathing, calm and body-mind balance. - Wednesday: Stretching
Guided stretches to improve flexibility and release muscle tension. - Thursday: Pilates
Core-focused exercises that enhance control and posture. - Friday: Fat-Burning Circuit
A dynamic workout to activate your metabolism and burn calories. - Saturday: Classic Yoga
- Sunday: Dynamic Yoga
Location: Activities & Massage Room
Duration: 1 hour (9:15 to 10:15 am)
Classes are led by Bea, our Head of the Massage Department and specialist in physical activity and wellness. Yoga sessions on Saturdays and Sundays are conducted by Pedro.
